Microsoft has announced a Windows event on 24th June 2021 at 11 AM, as most of us know the company is going to unveil the next generation of Windows that is Windows 11. But before any official release or statement, Windows 11 is leaked online. There are YouTube videos showing the new look and features of Windows.
Microsoft has already dropped hints that the new build will be Windows 11. If you notice the event time 11 AM, the Windows shadow on the Microsoft event page is denoting 11.
As we expect Windows 11 will bring a huge change to the look and feel of the OS with an elegant UI, updated Start Menu, Icons, new sounds, new snap controls and different new features.
Expected Windows 11 Features
However, we can’t be sure but the leaked version of Windows 11 shows a revamped look and features, here is what we noticed in our first look.
- Start Menu in the center of the taskbar.
- No live icons in the Menu.
- Smart snap control features.
- Elegant folder icons.
- Cleaner Interface.
- Separate search icon on the Taskbar
- Improved Microsoft Edge browser.
- Newer animations.
- Improved and Integrated Xbox App.
- Rounded corners throughout Windows 11.
- The new setup experience.
Please note above are some general features, we still need to dig deeper into Windows 11 with the official release.
This is an early version of Windows 11 where widgets aren’t fully loading but you can slide them on screen to get quick access to news, weather etc.
Should You Install Windows 11?
Officially Microsoft haven’t released the operating system yet but there are some links surfacing on the Internet that claims to contain Windows 11.
Certain mediafire, Google drive and Mega links are in the circulation, many users have downloaded and Installed the Windows 11 to get their hands on to the latest OS.
This is an illegal version of Windows 11 and we do not recommend you to download and install the OS, it is a violation and illegal use of Microsoft property.
The illegal build may also contain malware that could even install at kernel level since you are downloading unverified and stolen version of the Operating System.
But if you are eager to check the new features, get a sneak peak, do some experiments then install it only in a Virtual Environment. Do not upgrade the existing Windows 8.1 or Windows 11.
Install VMware or virtual box to install the leaked Windows 11. Do not upgrade if you have important files and data in your PC.
How to Download Windows 11 ISO?
Well, you don’t have to wait long for the official release of Windows 11. Microsoft will announce the release of Windows 11 via a virtual event at 11 AM ET on June 24th, 2021.
However, it is expected to roll out by October for the consumers as a free upgrade. But Microsoft will release the insider preview for the public testing, developers, and enthusiasts to take a complete look at the next generation of Windows after the event.
Any illegal release before official announcement may not be the actual Windows 11, we recommend you not to download the leaked version of Windows 11.
But it is up to you, if you want to test and check the features you can download it from available links, and install it only in a test/virtual environment.
