Windows 11 users can create a new user account for their family or guest users. To add a new user account you have a few options. You can add a family member only if you provide a Microsoft account but if you want to create a local account then you can do it without email or phone no. Steps to create a new user account. 1. Go to Menu and open the Settings app. 2. Select the Account option from the left pane 3. User "Other Users" click on "Add account" 4. Provide the email or phone of the person whom you want to add. 5. To create Local account, select " I don't have this person's sign-in information" 6. Click on "Add a user without a Microsoft account 7. Provide the username, password, hint and answer the security questions. Now the new account will be added, you can switch to the new user.
