How To Protect Chrome Passwords & Delete Synced Data From Server
When you save your passwords in Google Chrome and someone lends your PC and login to your Chrome they can steal all your Chrome data including your saved passwords. So you need to protect your Chrome data from rogue persons who can access your PC. Steps To Hide Your Chrome Data. 1. Press Win+R keys on your keyboard together and type %appdata% 2. Navigate to C:\Users\User_Name\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data 3. Find "Default" folder and rename it. Like "Default1". 4. If you are lending your PC to someone tech savvy then Cut that folder to another location into your PC. Now if someone opens Google Chrome they will get a fresh Google Chrome without any of your Chrome data. 5. Once they are done delete the newly created "Default" folder and rename old "Default1" folder back to "Default". Now you would be able to find all your Chrome data again.
