Mac OS : How to Get Windows Like Photo Viewer
How to get Windows like image viewer on macOS X. Mac os does have an inbuilt image viewer called Preview but it is not that good to browse through photos. If you want to view your photos one by one then you have to import all the photos to "Photos" App, but if you want to go through all the photos in other folders then you have to open them one by one which is really annoying. There are 2 ways to view photos without using the preview app. 1. To open a photo in a folder just select the photo and hit the spacebar then it will open in a lightbox, here you can navigate through other photos using arrow keys. 2. To get Windows-like image viewer on a mac you have to install third-party app called Photo X. Install the photo X and right click on any photo to change it to open with Photo X rather than preview app. Both methods will help you to browse through photos easily as you do on Windows computer.
